TAPP and Malawi Milk Producers Association (MMPA) partnered to implement the Dairy Enabling Environment Enhancement Project II (DEEEPII)” popularly known as TRADE because it is being funded by Transforming Rural Agriculture through Diversification and Entrepreneurship (TRADE) project with also aims at transforming agriculture through diversification and entrepreneurship.
The project goal is to contribute to the improvement of the livelihoods of 6,000 dairy farmers (50% youth, 55% female and 5% people with disabilities) in Blantyre and Thyolo.
In the consortium, TAPP is leading and focusing on activities related to milk production and marketing while MMPA is focusing on activities related to governance, policy and advocacy.
